Jacob's First Day at Kindergarten

My Big boy Jacob! He started his first days at Kindergarten. He was so excited Mommy and Daddy too him to his class on his first day and he managed to calm down enough for me to get a few pictures.

As mommy tries to not cry he's ready for us to leave him alone now he saw the computers so lets hope that the the weeks and days to come he is just as excited as he is today.

And mommy agreed to let him ride the bus home on his first day and here he is the last little kid off the bus :( so proud he had such a great day!

Vacation at Hilton Head

Ok so its been a while and I'm in desperate need of an update. We took our first Family vacation with Jacob, Alex, Noah, Mimi Bonnie, Poppy Ken, Aunt Veronica, Uncle Damien and Miss Victoria. We had a blast at the beach even though it was really hot.

We had our own private pool which was great since the kids just loved being in it and so did we, and i celebrated my birthday while i was down there with a surprise cake ( thanks ya'll) so next year just fyi were not acknowledging it cuz its a big one :(

Happy Birthday TWO you.....

July 7th and July 10th were Alex and Jacob's birthday's. Were now 2 and 5, wow how time fly's. We had our party at the park were the aunts and uncle and cousin and grandparents came to share in the day. We had a Thomas the train party Jacob and Alex were so excited about the day. Here's a pic of our cake...

They got lots of super gifts Jacob loved his games and transformers and all the stuff he can drive mommy and daddy nuts with. Alex was sooooo excited about his guitar and the dumptruck he has pushed and packed the dump truck around everywhere so far. Thanks everyone!

We got to see our beautiful cousin (my niece) Miss Victoria. I snapped a couple pics when she wasn't expecting it, she apparently thought only her mommy was allowed to take pics of her since the look i got was less than happy lol. Noah borrowed Vicotria's boppy so maybe thats why she was mad lol, but hey he liked it.

So as it was extremely hot today i caved and filled up the kiddie pools and we ventured outside. Also Jacob tried to drown the new addition Charlie. ( not really just kidding) Dusty enjoyed being out too he took off for the pond and went swimming too.

So proud of Jacob he is now a 2009 pre-school graduate! Mommy and Daddy took him to his last day of school and his Old Mimi went to pick him up and watch him recieve his certificate. He can't wait for kindergarten, every day he asks if he's gonna go to school today or not and he get's so disappointed when i tell him no not yet. Here are some pics from the last day of school.

I'm a big kid now.....

As of Monday, March 31st Jacob was enrolled into the 2009-2010 kindergarten school year at Eastern. My baby is such a big kid now. Were so proud his pre-school teacher says that he will have no problem with the big school ( that's what Jake calls it). He loves to ride the bus to the big school when he gets his school pictures taken or for the book fairs or other in school activities. Jacob's last day of pre-school is May 21st, he's made lots of new friends and some will go with him to his new school. He's constantly asking me if he goes to kindergarten and i have to tell him no not yet. Here's a picture i took in the car on our way to school one day.
